Getting here
The Meetspace VR Wembley, London venue is situated inside BOXPARK in Wembley Park, just a few minutes from Wembley Stadium and Wembley Park tube station. We are located on the first floor on the left-hand side when you enter through the main BOXPARK entrance.
BOXPARK now requires all guests to register for their Black Card when entering the venue and on event days you may be required to show your booking confirmation to gain entry, our team will notify you of this in advance. You may also be required to queue to enter the premises so we ask that you consider this when planning your journey to avoid any potential disruption to your booking. Late arrivals may lead to your group being unable to play.

Facilities
Our venue has on-site lockers for you to store your belongings during your experience as well as a bar area where you can purchase both alcoholic and soft drinks before and after your experience. We have a gaming lounge with Nintendo Switch games which are free to use and on a first come first served basis. I’m afraid we do not have cash machines and do not accept cash for any purchases in-store. Toilets are available on both floors inside BOXPARK.
When you arrive
You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking to get signed in and get ready to start your experience, failure to arrive on time could lead to your group not being able to play. If your group is arriving separately we ask that the booker passes on the booking confirmation which includes directions and arrival times.
We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing and footwear as the experience is quite physical and in the summer months can make you quite warm. Glasses can be worn with all of our VR headsets, however, larger frames may be uncomfortable to wear so we do recommend using contact lenses where possible.
Our Zero Latency experience is wheelchair accessible using the lift in BOXPARK to reach the first floor though unfortunately, our VR Escape Rooms and Switch Zone are wheelchair accessible. We ask that you please contact us directly to arrange a session for wheelchair users.
PLEASE NOTE: BOXPARK require anyone under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult in the main food vendor area due to selling alcohol. After 8pm BOXPARK will require ID for anyone entering the premises so please ensure under 18s are accompanied by an adult if you have a booking after this time. BOXPARK often hosts their own ticketed events which means you may not be able to stay in the venue after your booking with us, we will notify you of these events a few days in advance.
